Controls freezing from time to time.

So, the problem is I'm just playing a game, the controls stop responding and the game continues to play with the last buttons pressed. In total, the character continues to run like an idiot into a wall/ cliff somewhere and I can't stop it in any way - the game stops responding to all my clicks. And of course, I can neither turn the camera with the mouse, nor block, or attack the enemy.

Have you tried disabling Steam Input?
