CHAPTER 16 SEEMS TO BE BUGGED ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

i found all 5 secrets but it keeps telling me i only found 3 of 5 but i even looked on a video to find all 5 but still stuck at 3 of 5 can anyone help?

Not this exact case but i had similar bugs with map challenges not counting.
For example on one of the aerial maps where we had to chase and kill 2 hell ships/fighters (dunno what's the name) and every 2nd counted.

I didn't have issues. The autosaves can be finicky, so maybe you died and went back to an older checkpoint? Do you still see the 2 pending secrets marked in your automap?

I have a similar issue except I found and achieved everything but it says that the level is only 99% complete
