Frames Dropping after tabbing or dying ?

I have a decent PC
RX 6800 XT
Ryzen 7 5700x
64Gb ram

I noticed that every time I die or i have to tab out, my frames drop like crazy. I'm doing every possible settings i can. 1440p low to 1080p high. I keep messing with the FSR or XEr as well. Every time it happens , I just quit the game and load it again to get good frames again.

Has this been happening to anyone else? Is this just an AMD thing ?
Do you think this will be fix in major update ?

that sucks. I hope you find a fix. I do not have this issue at all. game runs great.
