ROG Ally X Control Settings?

Not sure if its an Ally X issue, but whenever I make a sudden turn to the left it triggers my aim to pointing at the sky and shoots…it doesn’t happen if I do the same in the right-direction. I’ve tried adjusting the horizontal sensitivity, but that doesn’t seem to work. Has any one else had this issue? Any suggested fixes or setting changes?
