Bugsplat error with no igpu

Hey all, I'm working this issue with my son while deployed so it's already quite a challenge but after going through some discussions on this and trying out some things, we're still getting the error. There's no input listed in device manager. His machine is relatively new though not quite top of the line. He has:

amd ryzen 5 5500 cpu 3.6ghz
Amd raydeon rx 6400 gpu 4gb
16gb ram 3600mhz
Windows 11.

We've tried a fresh install and looked for an igpu but I'm not sure where to go from here. Keep in mind i have to walk an 8 year old through the process with about a 12 hour time difference!

The GPU doesn't meet the minimum requirement. The RX 6400 has 4 GB VRAM. An RX 6600 with 8 GB VRAM is the minimum for this game.

Is that the absolute minimum? I know alot of games can play on less then what they recommend

For this game it probably is the absolute minimum - at least the 8 GB VRAM requirement. I can't say with 100% certainty that there's isn't something else triggering the crash, but this game probably won't run with only 4 GB VRAM. It is a demanding game and it most likely won't work with half the VRAM of the minimum requirement.
