Disable sharing graphics settings

I have both a PC and ROG Ally. It seems that graphics settings are getting synced to Steam cloud globally not per machine. So when I login to my Ally it has my PC graphics settings and vice versa. This is a terrible design! Is there a way to make graphics settings per machine and not be shared globally? Thank you

Very annoying as well with Legion Go + PC with ultra wide 5120 X 1440.
