does anyone know how to run doom with AMD Ryzen 5 5500 and 8.00 GB of ram? if i cant what do i need to run it?

You need 16GB system ram for minimum specs, your CPU is below min specs and you didn't mention your GPU - you need a RTX card or you won't even be able to attempt to run the game.

I mean I could try it for ya with my 7900xtx running in pci-e gen 3 mode. I have this setup, although 16 GB of ram for my capture machine, although it has a Radeon R9 290 in it at the moment so it doesn't meet the requirements. I really don't feel like swapping graphics cards at the moment to test, but I imagine it wouldn't be the best, maybe 720-1080p with 30 fps depending on what your GPU is. That you didn't state.

What are your specs?

I got this game to run on my 2nd rig running my old Ryzen 5 1600x w/ an MSI 2060S 8GB VRAM and (2x16) 32GB DDR4-3200.

If your GPU is not an nvidia 20 series (RTX) or AMD equivalent than idk..

I think folks with older GTX cards, mostly 1660's found a way to launch the game without RT.
