Why charge AAA price for a AA game?

It's not even a debate that id Software is a AA studio. This game would have been great at a $49.99 price point. It takes about 15 hours to beat and the replay value is nonexistent.

Again, it's a great game, but at the right price.

Wait for the 50% off sale, you can thank me later.

The Dark Ages maybe have a bit less content and much less replay value than Eternal, but not to the point of having AA pricing, lol

anyway DOOM always drop 75% sales in a year or so, i dont see problem here

He/she didn't. Literally every AC and Far Cry game and others like Fenyx Rising is precisely about that. (Other IPs like and Division games and Ghost recon doesn't have these because you can't jump in those games) :D
