SYNC limit fps to native hertz not working?
I mean, i can't lock the game to 144. Using 5070 right now, maybe it's because the frame generation?

Only way I was able to do it was set a frame rate limit in the Nvidia App. In my case I set it to 120 fps even though I have a 144hz screen. Only did so to try and lower temps. I then turned V Sync on in the Nvidia App and off in the game. The game now runs at a locked 120 fps with Frame Generation at 2x. I have a 5070 TI and I'm at 4k DLSS Quailty, G-Sync on, and with Digital Foundry's recommended settings.

So, there is no fps spike if locked?

If you mean a spike above like 150+fps, then no, it never goes past 120 fps. I've seen it drop to 113 fps but only in certain moments. Usually when the slow motion kicks in during a glory kill. Also, no screen tearing at all.
