Pandemonium Level Selection Bug

Has anyone else had issues with Pandemonium mode? Sometimes I'll finish a level, and when I load the next level I'll be in the level I just finished again and I can't access the next one anymore. It's happened twice for me, once on Game Pass and again on Steam.

When selecting a task, pause to check if you are about to execute the action at the wrong level.

Yes, I have a clip of this behavior.

I beat the 2nd level on Pandemonium, clearly see that the select bar is on level 3 when advancing, the load screen shows the next level, then end up on the main menu.

When I try to select level 3 from the main menu, I end up back in level 2. Going back to the main menu no longer shows level 3.

yeah exactly! I hope they fix this, I don't even want to try Ultra Nightmare because of this bug

I tested it several times and it didn't happen...
Checking the common points of your devices may help you find the cause.
