My only complaint
Chaingun attacks like the ones used by the Shieldchaingunners, the Cyberdemon and the Arachnatrons feels very out of place and very annoying. The shield has a limited healthpool and is no more effective against these attacks than it is against any other, which is a pain on higher difficulties since there, those attacks can tear through the shield in seconds, which in the case of the Chaingunner and Cyberdemon is detrimental since both are designed with a shield ability in mind, the Chaingunner's shield exploding with a shield throw and the Cyberdemon requiring you to parry his melee attacks. These attacks are hit-scan and nigh impossible to dodge other than hiding behind cover, of which there is very little. It feels completely antithetical to everything else in the game. If these attacks were uniquely weak to being shielded against, it would make shielding them optimal. But In high-difficulty play, you either don't shield them and get killed, or you do shield them, lose your shield, then get killed.

Its all about how you approach chaingunners and Cyberdemons. The Gunners are just fodder anway, so make their shield glow and then delete them with yours. And Cyberdemons can be meeleespammed to death, if you get the timing right. Move in, parry his swings and stomps and always answer with a meelee attack. ...or use your kittet out supershotgun.

The Cyberdemon can easily dash out of range and use his gun.

Neither are optimal or even just reliable on the difficulty I'm playing on, but thank you for trying.
