[h1]Bad. Slow. Too easy[/h1]
This gameplay is very bad compared to Doom Eternal.
On maximum difficulty enemies are stupid, slow. It doesn't compare to the previous part.
The game was made not for fans, but for journalists who couldn't pass the first level of Eternal

Yes its different but it doesnt change a fact that its easier than Eternal. I saw players play on 120% speed and lower dodge window to 1 and it still looks easy compared to Eternal

brother this isn't on game journalists this time. This is on casual gamers who says souls and souls-like games are hard and is a diff they can do. You should have seen eternal's forums about how switching guns and having to jump around was too hard. parry mechanics are about these people's speed.

why don't you casuals just go play star fox zero? it has 0 death mode. it is more of your speed I am sure.

Doesn't feel that way after level 5 lmao.... nightmare is kicking my ass hard where I can play Eternal in my sleep at the same level.

And they made it so slow just because of this melee crap and parry and all. I am still going to try the game out (it is a Doom game after all), but damn, this doesn't sound promising.

were you expecting eternal 2? theyve told you from the start that wasn't the case also the games fast paced af idk what you're smoking you can even change the enemey speed in the sliders

Level 5 ain't even halfway through. The game has 22 levels - obviously you can not evaluate it accurately by only playing 2 levels.

That's like being one of those quitters who thought Eternal was trash before they got to level 5 where the game starts to click.

the amount of brain dead people in these comments saying the dark ages is too easy and slow BUDDY TURN UP THE GAME SPEED THERES LITERALLY AN OPTION FOR IT AND YOU CAN DISABLE OR REDUCE PARRYING TIMES ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I thought games were made with the players' interests in mind first and foremost, not the journalists. That's the first thing.

I set the maximum difficulty as provided by the developers. Everything else is nonsense. That's the second thing.
