Redeem a key from Bethesda

So i had 5070 a cd key in NVidia library , i did redeemed the cd key and it was successfully
but at Transaction History it shows No product codes have been redeemed for this account.

I have the same problem. Game is not showing on the bethesda account and neither on steam

I'm having the same issue. Redeemed the code, but doesn't show up in Bethesda or Steam. The redemption was from NVIDIA. I was surprised since I have a 4070. Then I thought is it only for game pass? Is it only for a skin? Will it show up when it launches on 5/13? So many questions.

Yeah having the same issue, game is not showing on the bethesda account. Can't activate it on steam. Any solution?

Same here, activated with a 5090 I just got and it shows in my nvidia app as redeemed, but I don't see anywhere to get it from bethesda. What a joke. Can't even play early which is half the point of redeeming the code.

I had a redemption code too after buying a PC and after redeeming, had to email Bethesda and they informed me the code I got was only a skin and not the game despite the store I bought my PC from said it was for the game. Idk if that's what you're going through, I had to check my spam folder in my email and it also said it was only a skin that the code was for.

Same here too , click on continue to redeem off the Nvidia app and sends me to a bethesda page with nothing on it except background wallpaper and a button to change language lol

They only gave me a skin code for some reason. Maybe they ran out of game codes! Waiting for a response from Nvidia support.

same issue for me. I bought a 5070 card on 05/11 and installed it and today the Nvidia app told me I had a code to redeem for Doom the dark ages. I made a bethesda account and linked that to my steam (since none of my prev games used that) and I did redeem the code and not in my Bethesda games and no steam code, and on one thing looks like maybe only for a skin. I am hoping I get a steam code in the future.
