Are you sure it is the Steam one? Usually you first get one to redeem with the GPU manufacturer, which then gives you the Steam code. Did you get this code from AMD rewards?

I ordered from Bethesda. I got it Monday and tried then. I then tried this morning with same result. I expect to run well with my Alienware A15 rig. I only need the first step; my code came with the package.

If it's through the nvidia app you have to temporarily disable ipv6 on your network connection or the redeem doesn't work. I know it's dumb. It's because the nvidia redeem back end has broken dns zones. Or you could wait for them to fix it but for how long you would wait, who knows. Maybe forever.

I got a code for free, redeemed it on Bethesda site. No games reedemed it seems and code not working couse its redeemed. The ♥♥♥♥ is going on they gave me code for free and then I got nothing? Anyone the same problem?

Yeah, same problem here. Got a code through the NVIDIA app, redeemed as instructed through Bethesda. No game there, no history, code cannot be redeemed again, and when initiating a transfer of everything Bethesda to steam, it says there's nothing to transfer. My Steam account is linked properly as well.

This was the issue for me, had to disable ipv6, seems real dumb that a settings issue means that people have to go beyond the norm and tech support might get involved.
