Why do the graphics look worse? *FIXED*
I have everything maxxed out yet the graphics look, old and washed out..

fix: turn of film grain

There's a film grain setting in the graphics options. Set it to zero and you'll be good to go.

I think I was able to figure out why, something to do with the upscaler. At distance things look blurry. What upscaler do you have on?

DLSS Quality with the latest DLSS 4 preset forced in the Nvidia App. Everything is razor sharp.

Everything looks fine to me. If you was playing doom eternal before you started this one you’re probably thinking it looks worse, but it isn’t that It’s just doom eternal has more vibrant colors dark ages going for more darker vibes

In addition to turning off Film Grain, I strongly recommend increasing the "Sharpness" setting. The default of 1.50 simply isn't enough in my opinion. Also make sure to set the "Resolution Scaling Mode" to OFF.
