im not getting any trading card drops even though I've played three separate times for probably 2-3 hours?

Yeah, must be some people's first "early access". Trading cards etc. will only be available after the official launch, of course.

If you watch the dev stream for a while on the game's store page, you can get a couple of stickers and some profile customizations.
