No Audio Through GPU (Nvidia) (Solved)

Update: The game audio started working after I turned off Dolby Atmos for Home Theater. Hopefully this will be fixed in a later update.


Game runs, but no audio through GPU. Have to select USB headset in order to get audio. Shame since I can't use home theater system. Already reinstalled drivers and verified game files. Didn't work.

Does it work if you switch the number of audio channels? How many channels do you have it set to? 2.1? 5.1? 7.1? Is the GPU going to the audio/video receiver or directly to the TV?

I didn’t think about switching audio channels. I’ll try that when I get the chance. Main menu audio does work until you actually load into the game itself and I also tested other games for this issue, so I didn’t take this into consideration.

5.1 directly into A/V receiver. Again, tested this with other games and the audio issue didn’t happen. It’s only happening on this game.

I stand corrected. I had Dolby Atmos for Home Theater selected for the sound setup. I reverted to 5.1 and it started working.
