How to change subtitle language without affecting the voice/dub language?

Pretty much what the title says... if I change to any language in Steam, both the voice and subtitles are changed to that language but I want to have English voices with Spanish subtitles.
The in-game options don't have anything related to this either

I'm also interested in this. Somebody please help or let's hope for the developers to implement this feature (best option).

Actually, the method described here did work for me, in case somebody needs it.
