Hugo Martin the game's director just said they're working on it right now.
The issue is happening to lots of people on steam right now, Hugo Martin on the xbox official twitch just said they have a room full of people working on it right now and it's their top concern.

Steam is terrible for this stuff, always has been.

amount of times I've seen "RESTART STEAM" and nothing happens on every game.

I literally said the xbox twitch so twitch.tv/xbox it just went offline but you can probably watch the video of it. They talk about it within the last 5 mins of the stream

Didn't have this issue when Revenge of the Savage Planet went early access on the 5th and they're a team of 30.
