Seems like code is labelled as something else
It seems like people who got the game as a code and redeemed it are the only ones not able to play it. Most likely because it's labelled something else or has a typo somewhere in the code that's making Steam think that it's not the right version that has permission for early access. Hopefully it's resolved soon.

In my account it says premium edition and its still isnt unlocking so they damn well better work fast

I just checked in steam settings my key redemption and it clearly says "PREMIUM" and yet no access guess all the type of retail/nvidia keys are having problems only the steam ones work assuming those ppl are not trolling.

I mean it happens. Programmers forget semi colons all the time. I know I have on multiple instances lol

Guess what people are not paying extra for premium service so its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, they had time to prepare and check every nook and cranny.

Go into Steam Support and search Doom The Dark Ages in the search bar and click it.
