Preordered premium edition on Green man gaming and yet I cannot play rn. Whats going on???

Used the Premium Edition code and the code emailed to me, still can't play.

Happened with Indiana Jones and other Bethesda titles. Steam purchased and 3rd party purchased games have separate IDs and have to be activated on their end.
