Asking 80 bucks for a Nintendo Switch 2 game that ships on an expensive cartridge and has a certain "exclusivity" is one thing but it's already a stretch. Asking 80 bucks for a digital PC game is something else...my gut tells me this is going to hurt their profits more than boost them. Impossible to prove of course.

To top it all off it's kind of hard to make an argument for spending 80 bucks on a game that will be available on GamePass...just play it there first and if you really want it in your library, just wait till the price goes down to a reasonable level (which won't take long in my estimation).

Way too expensive. Especially since there's no physical disc with packaging materials and shipping costs attached to the price, or a sweet old school manual. Digital purchases that aren't even DRM free should cost less than physical versions.
