thats why you should stop buying these 80 dollar games
they can do all that to hype the game, free copys for every tuber
day 1 sales are most important for these scummbaggs.\

they do this to activate the FOMO in you
next game 90 dollar if this goes as planned

How many? 500? 1000?
Console collectors editions were sent out super early for some people and they were able to boot the game even ahead of advanced access. PS5 specifically.

So watch out for heavy spoilers. They're out there.

For good or worse streaming is a "profession" today. Apparently.

I mean, it's not really a profession for the vast majority of people to try it, but it's almost completely replaced traditional games media.

I also have a channel with decent views and even got DOOM The Dark Ages, but still don’t have early access. I received the review key directly from Bethesda, yet I have to wait for the premium launch like everyone else. It seems those with early access know something I don’t. I’m grateful for the key, but Bethesda doesn’t really have a clear system for content creators to get early access. I test games and could really use at least a day to prepare, but instead I have to wait until May 13 at 2:00 AM. It is what it is, I’ve accepted that others get to play earlier.

force gaming, some channel just made a video he allready finished the game
fck that, this is just easy money for ID
i read somewhere that for compannies its best to make something mediocre after succ6 for the best profit and game making cicle

they make so much money from a succesfull game to hype up the next release SO FCKING hard so that every fan of the previous game AND more, WIL BUY IT no matter what, i fear that gta6 wil also go to that path

Well majority of streaming and streamers are idiots. But i dion't shed a tear for traditional media neither. The so called game journalists are all corporate lackies anyway.

The only experience that matters is my own, who cares about literal whos playing days early.

Ehh, I think that's as much a narrative pushed by gamers who saw a review they didn't agree with as it is a reality. But traditional games journalism has certainly gotten worse as it's gotten more difficult to make a living doing it. I guess when your industry is collapsing, you have to take the money you can still get.
Not people but a marketing department and rewievers.

There typically tends to be a major patch just before the official release for these games, so as a rule, it's better to wait a couple of weeks extra IMO. Don't know if that's the case here, but there have been plenty of games previously with annoying issues that were resolved with a day 1 patch.

I never buy a deluxe edition for "early access", but here the DLC is included (like with Doom Eternal), that's why I got the deluxe version.
