I think you'll be fine yea. As long as you aren't expecting super high FPS, it would be extremely odd for any AAA 2025 game to be so demanding with the cores/threads that i5-12400 + RTX 4070 can't even do 60 fps. If you are playing at 1440P or 4K you'll fare even better, as the CPU won't limit as much.
