content creators should be able to talk about their experience playing the game on March 31st. I assume that more gameplay footage (at least B-Roll) will be provided with that. If nothing else, content creators will be able to tell us their experiences and if the concerns about the game like no glory kills, slow movement, soundtrack etc are warranted or not. Granted they will be very biased towards the game due to them all being hardcore doom content creators.

Yes! DraQu_ said he will stream a bunch of his gameplay and talk about the game today. He is a well known Doom Eternal streamer and was part of Bethesda's official streams and Quake Con a few times. I assume there will be a bunch of other streamers / youtubers doing the same.
