hes not doing the OST for TDA. he didnt like the way he was treated while making the OST for eternal, so he's never gonna contribute on anything doom anymore

I know all about the Drama, just wondered if ID would come running scraping their knees and asking for forgiveness for a new OST. 2016 and Eternal OSTs were bangers, the DLCs? Not so much...

the DLCs for eternal were just as good as the campaign OST IMO
im pretty sure it was bethesda who screwed over Mick

I think Mick's work on both 2016 and Eternal amplified the gameplay tenfold. I would appreciate them burying the hatchet and working together again, even if Mick produces a singular track.

He did yeah, but he also said he never gave up on DOOM, and that he got paid the full+bonus amount for his work down the line, so considering both David and Andrew already said that they will not be working on the OST for TDA, the prospect of Mick's return is plausible. But yeah, probably copium at this point.

itd be cool to hear more from Mick, but im also fine with Eternal being his last doom work if that is the case. there's a ton of artists who perhaps should be given a chance to give doom a new sound IMO

Even if they will heed to the gamers and agree to work together on the next Doom game just because everybody asks for it - I highly doubt Mick would invest the same amount of his soul as before. That would result a half-assed trade-off which would make happy noone - neither patricipants, nor us gamers.

It's time to accept the Mick's departure and pull our ♥♥♥♥♥ out for the next music coming.
