how do they work?
when it says an hour, it's 2 hours or under, when it says less than an hour, it's 59 minutes or less
1 hour ago, it said the game unlocks in 1 hour. Now that 1 hour has passed, the game should be unlocked now. That's how hours work.
But instead of the game being unlocked, it now just unhelpfully says "less than one hour" until the game unlocks. Unsurprising that Valve and Bethesda are screwing this up.
