You must meet the requirements in order to redeem....what?
so i just got my 50 series card today, comes with the Doom Premium code. I got the code from my receipt and tried to enter it in the Nvidia app as instructed and i get this error , what the heck? Anyone else have this issue?

Also, the new card is installed with the latest drivers and lates nvidia app...

I am having this same issue, I can't find any solutions online.
guys you need to take the code and enter it into bethesda's site. you'll need an account there and link that account to steam. I've got the skin on in the game so this works.
That doesn't work either. Anytime I redeem the code in the Nvidia app it says: "Your hardware does not meet the requirements for this campaign." Even though my hardware is more than eligible for it.

unbelievable but this worked for me after searching nvidia forums:

Deactivated the IPV6 thing and worked!

On Windows 11:
1. menu, type "control panel" (yes that one)
2. network and internet (computer with blue screen and a small world on its left top)
3. sharing and network central (4 blue monitors)
4. click on the blue written "ethernet", should open a new window
5. click on properties, should open a new window
6. go down a little bit until you find "protocol IP version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
7. unmark it (that little black Nike check symbol disappear)
8. click ok
9. go to your Nvidia App, redeem, put that code, press OK
10. will open a new window, just login in your steam account, keep accepting it

Funcionou para mim também (Brazil). Thanks a lot.
I also had a browser extension called CleanURLs which was breaking the link from the Nvidia App.
