Microsoft increased all their prices for games and the console's
It was $105.99 for me actually
Apparently people are willing to spend that much for games. Just goes to show how a fixed $60 was an outdated price range. I wonder how expensive games have to become before the increase in price no longer substitutes the loss in sales.

im gonna play it through gamepass in 12 hours for $12

no game is worth $130 before tax especially if the only "bonus" is a couple hours of early access

used to be able to buy physical collector editions with game included with steel books and physical merchandise like a baseball hat for $130

Yeah I will probably also pick it up on gamepass and play it for a month. This is one game I can deal with no "owning", if it means I save $70+. I'll use that money and give it to Stellar Blade or Wuchang instead.

You get the future DLC campaign, the art book, and soundtrack. It's also only $84 on GMG or Fanatical.

It will be on game pass, it's a campaign single player game tbh you could play through the game multiple times in a month for like $15 or w/e game pass is these days.

Tbh I only play AAA games if they are on game pass. Other than that I play indie games and older games. AAAs are just too expensive for me now, and they need expensive GPUs to run well half the time, it's just not worth it (to me personally).

Do you get the DLC at a discount from regular buyers?
I think it's also worth it to make clear that you are essentially pre-ordering DLC you don't know will be good or not. For example Eternal's DLC wasn't exactly a banger, so I got it heavily discounted. The gamble for roughly $40 being worth it or not is one I'm not willing to take, been burned one too many times.
What are you talking about? Where is it $120?

109 eur to usd
while i personally hate those prices from a personal perspective, i understand that one day prices will go up if everything costs more money except games which were basically standing still since 30 years. I paid 50 for AAA games in the 90s, and everything else doubled (or more) the prices over the last 30 years. I expected this to happen way earlier, so i cant blame anyone for doing. However as said before, i personally hate that i have to pay more. But i don't protest buying food, paying electricity or gasoline, so i take it as a "is it worth it for me?" and the answer is: yes, i dislike it, but im accepting it. But that's my personal cap for the next decades what i pay for AAA games.

Well, Microsoft did spend $75.4 billion on Activision Blizzard and $7.5 billion on Bethesda to wipe out their competition, so in their infinite wisdom they're making their customers foot the bill I suppose.

I paid $106 for the premium edition... I have no idea why you are paying $120 for it

it depends on what country you're in. where I live which is Australia premium edition is $169.95 and the bass Edition is $120. it might have something to do with tariffs or Microsoft increasing all their prices or I could be both. but it could also just be companies being greedy buttholes.

god so they really did it huh? Now I have to wait for a super sale potentially, I know this is good, but the series doesn't mean much to me yet, I most likely only played an extensive coop game once. 80€ Not much better in m ohhh 169.95, that's probably even more in my currency.
