Option to remove Life Sigils?
Don't have any interest in using this feature during my first playthrough, aside from the one time I died a dumb death during exploration. Any chance we could have an option to disable them?

Don't pick them up? they're entirely avoidable so far lol.

It's still nice to pick them up just for the satisfaction of having found and 'collected' them, if that makes sense. I too wish we could get an option to completely disable the extra life option, while still being able to collect them for collectors' sake. It's silly having to hit 'No' over and over and over again.
