How long is the game

I tried to do 100% on most maps and got it on almost all. The few levels I missed something on, had either 1 item or a challenge that was not completed.

Play time is about 20 hours for me.

If you crank up the difficulty then yeah you'll take longer.

I got 13-14 on ultra violence, now I am halfway through nightmare with 22h.

I've watched Lirik completing the game in 12 hours on Nightmare.

100%-ed it on Nightmare in 18 hours. Play it on Game Pass unless you absolutely need to own the game to enjoy it.

I got 37 hours out of it. I'm missing one trophy. I replayed 3 missions as well to go back and get things I missed.

Yeah if you want to get all achievements you could get 25-30 hours. Wait for a big sale. Game is fun, but not enough to justify price.
