Why doesn't the Doom Slayer have any clearance in the level Sentinel Command Station?
Exactly what the title says, ever since i played the level I wondered why the Doom Slayer didn't have any clearance. I would think that he visited this place off screen and since he's with the Sentinels they should've given him at least some clearance.

The Slayer is an outsider that the Maykrs and King Novik don't trust and had to be mind controlled... So it's logical he doesn't have automatic clearance to every location.
Maybe but didn't he work with the Sentinels before the Makyrs mind controlled him?

but somehow on 2nd level his handprint is in the base, so he tooks the plasma gun
Most likely it's an inconsistency with the lore so we can't explore the whole station.

yea, which is why they revoked his clearance

The lore from Eternal pretty consistently states that nobody trusted the marine when he first arrived in Argent D' Nur. It is against tradition to let an outsider join the ranks after all and Doomguy just seemed like a crazy barbarian with guns.

But after he got his powers he straight up became feared on top of all that, hence why the maykers felt like they had to control him.

Why should he?
You don't have clearance at your parents house either to enter their love room.
Or at your workplace to enter any office.

The Slayer was already put in a divinity machine by the time TDA starts. He is already a god

It's mentioned in Doom Eternal.

It was already shown directly and explained in eternal... and the intro text at the start of TDA clearly states it already happened.
