Blurry Weapon Skins?
I've got a very high spec computer, but the weapon skins look very blurry, grainy and the 'grains' are moving even with everything set to max.

What settings have I got wrong?

Yeah there is something wrong with the UI here that just needs fixing, it looks terrible on my 4090. Not a big deal.
