Do I want adaptive vsync enabled?

Is that the option meant to be used when your monitor supports VESA Adaptive Sync (FreeSync/GSync Compatible)? Or is just having it off the correct option when you're doing adaptive sync through your GPU?

I have a GSync compatible monitor and I was trying adaptive vsync and it seemed to be fine, but wasn't too sure if that was also causing some freezing issues for me. I've switched it to regular vsync and seems to be fine, then again it might also be because my monitor is set to just 60fps. I have played about with higher framerates yet although my monitors are capable of it. Give it a test to see how it goes.
