Help Stuck mission 9.. door wont open

I killed everythong and mission marker shows go that way but when walk up to gate, nothing happens ive restarted checkpoint and really dont want to start chapter over if i have no idea what i did wrong ant help be appreciated

its the ancestral door and there is nothing to interact with

Im trying to reload game and see if that works
