RTX 5060 got released today i think
Its a PS5 GPU, actually the RTX5060 is better than a PS5 Pro GPU
Yet the card is only 279.99
So u see u can enjoy Doom with RTX and FrameGen for way less than $2000
Lol at the 30 series handling it well when the 4090 only gets 60 fps. Raytracing adds nothing of value to games in its current state, it's too much of a hog for it to look nice. Generally it's better turned off unless you're just looking at it specifically. I can't say what an AMD card might get, but mine is a 3090.
If the devs haven't made a way to turn it off via the console though then I'm not sure I'd want to buy it on sale even, seeing as that's a good indication that they aren't focusing on good code anymore.
If you're trying to run 4k on a card two gens old, that's a you problem..NEVER before has a 90 series from 2 gens ago been able to run 4k on new games. 4090 was a beast and when the 6090 comes out guess what? It'll be a 1440p card.
Same here with a 3090, 21:9 capped the DLSS at 80 FPS but surely could gotten higher. No stutters, crashes or bugs except one enemy trapped in the air. Was kinda funny :D
