I did play it for 1.9 hours but is not better than Doom Eternal or Doom 2016.
Matter of opinion I'd rate it much better than doom eternal which I never finished because I didn't think much of the game play.
I'd rate it on a level with Doom 2016 though I preferred doom 2016 story.
This game is excellent as well, so maybe add it to the list when your Doom education is done.
He is a special kid with special needs
So plz dont get offended by his demands not to buy the game.
Are you saying DOOM TDA = DOOm 1/2 Classic.
The devs essentially said that's what they're going for with this game while Eternal was inspired by Devil May Cry.
Of course eternal is not for everyone, but what is DOOM TDA trying to be a Dark souls FPS. You barely use your guns in this game. They should of came back to DOOM 2016 gameplay style. There is no improvements here and it is way too ez.
Yup easiest modern Doom by far.
Modern Doom isn't the same as Classic Doom for sure.
At the moment I'm enjoying it too much to really assess it coldly vs the other games, so I'll ruminate on that one a bit. but my impression of the game right now is very positive.
Brutal Doom is awesome. That's true.
Yes ive played them all, remember playing doom in a tiny window on my 486.
