Yup overpriced, but I'm sure you have a backlog big enough to wait for a discount. I know I do. Moreover, since there is no multiplayer, you won't even lose anything if you play it later.

As for gamepass, I try to stay away from subscription as much as possible.
They tends to pile up and raise price regularly. It's almost painless until you look at your expenses. And with microsoft talking about raising the prices of games chances are that gamepass will too...
