Weird graphical glitch - Is it just me?

I have across most of the discussions here as well as googling but I cannot find anyone else that has raised this issue I appear to be having. Every time I fire a gun I get this orange halo that eminates from me and goes out to infinity like a wave and shows all the polygons of ny surroundings (even as far as the mountains etc. The game itself works fine but seeing this every time I fire is annoying. I have uninstalled and redownloaded the games, I have updated drivers using both DCH and game ready drivers for Nvidia, I have turned all graphics features off to bare minimum but still no joy. Ryzen 5 5700X 64GB RAM, and nvidia4060GTX. I would like to attach vid of this but right now I cannot see how to attach a file as I am doing this from the steam app on my phone. I can provide more information if needed. Does anyonr havr any ideas? Do the devs read this and maybe know whats going on? Any useful help is appreciated. Thank you.

ok it looks like you have objective indicator and shoot bound to the same button, check your keybinds

this isn't a bug and not a technical issue
