It's not that good.
I'd say it's a contender for worst Doom in the franchise alongside Doom 3.
Calling it peak Doom is insulting to the Doom games that actually do it well.
All you do is RMB, LMB to shield throw (or whatever buttons you have it bound to) and then hold in LMB to shoot and repeat over and over again.
The difficulty is made for children. Calling this "PEAK DOOM"... clearly you have never played a "HARD" game before or DOOM before. The latter games had so much challenge, so much difficulty and then there's this...
I agree with Naantar - its definitely a contender for "worst doom" in the franchise.
Uh no, before this game came out, 2016 still had better ratings than Eternal.
Ratings have never once in video game history mattered to people who have opinions worth listening to. Just saying.

My opinions are worth listening to
You played DOTA 2 for 1 1/2 work years after giving it a negative review
That's literally the standard Dota 2 experience required to evaluate the game. Any player will tell you this.
Weird, because I came to the same conclusion about the game that you did after playing it for 0 hours
Edit: a conclusion, by the way, which is being reinforced by this interaction
