Only half usage of RTX 4060 TI

Why is the game using only half the power of my graphics card??? How can I fix this? The game produces 40-50 FPS in combat, but the graphics card is loaded with only 50-70 watts.

whats your CPU Usage? is your 4060Ti getting 100% utilisation?

i tried to play in overwatch 2 without framelimit and my gpu goes to insane 99% and 160 watt power

there lies the problem 80-90% CPU Usage is high this is most likely a CPU Bottleneck. your GPU should be running at 90-100% usage under load when theres a CPU Bottleneck involved your GPU usage has to reduce because its being held back by the CPU


Overwatch 2 isnt really CPU Intensive and doesnt have Ray Tracing which can put a load on the CPU as much as the GPU. that 30-60% GPU Usage is a clear sign of a CPU Bottleneck what is your CPU?

i saw youtube benchmarks same situation 50-70% usage of Ryzen 5 5600

believe it or not but your friends 3060 is actually better than the 4060Ti.

if i had to take a guess its either your both using different settings but the 3060 can actually go a bit higher in settings so CPU usage can decrease slightly. Its like for example if your played in a high resolution like 4K it takes the load of the CPU and uses the GPU more

Open up task manager and see if there's anything taxing your CPU

16 gb but in game it shows i have 8 gb
