It should already support that; check the "aspect ratio" options in the display settings.

Got a monitor with that resolution. Supported just fine. Besides the resolution selector there's an aspect ratio setting. Set that 21:9 and the resolution will appear in the settings if your monitor can go that high.

Embarrassing post, spend more than 15 seconds in the menu and you will see that it offers UW resolution support.

The game already supports this and other ultrawide resolutions. Try borderless window if you're having issues setting it in game via fullscreen.
