Remove the "press E" prompt on faltering/stunned demons

Hi,

The "press E" prompt every time you stun or falter a demon is a bit annoying, and feels very causal console-player like.

Is there a way to have the visual color effects, and not see the letter "E" every time?

Otherwise, this would be a great mod to make for the game.

Anyways, really enjoying the game! As you upgrade your weapons, the gameplay continues to improve. I actually enjoyed the dragon parts in level 5. And fixing the broken as-is HDR in game, the visuals are again phenomenal. Once you get to level 5 and 6, it's every bit as good as Doom Eternal - with even more advanced graphics.
