Game breaking bug softlocks the entire thing

Ancestral Forge chapter and when I get to the door after activating the heart it just doesn't open and prevents you from continuing the game. Complete soft lock, restated the entire chapter multiple times. Unplayable for me until fixed, really sucks, Eternal didn't have any of these launch issues.
