Need Help, Constant Crashing at Chapter 21

I'm at the last boss of Chapter 21. I got a cutscene, started the boss, it was all fine. When I died to the boss, I denied using an extra life. So it reloaded the level, as normal. But it crashed while loading.

Now, whenever I try to reload into Chapter 21 to continue the game, it crashes on the loading screen. This has happened 10+ times in a row, and after verifying files, turning off overlays, restarting my PC, and editing different video settings, I'm at a loss for what to do.

I've 100%ed every level so far, so I'm pretty bummed I can't get to the end when I'm one level away. Any help would be appreciated.

Note, I've turned off my integrated graphics, and I'm on the latest Nvidia drivers. These fixed my issues of crashing at launch, and game play has been smooth the entire game up until now.

Bumping this, as I am getting this exact same thing, with the same troubleshooting, in the same scenario, dying to the boss and having to reload the checkpoint.
Only difference is I run AMD.
Please anyone with this issue chime in and if you have a fix, please provide one.
Love this game so much and I really want to finish it

Exactly same issue with RTX 3060 Ti and the PC game pass. Very frustrating.

I've sent Bethesda a support ticket. I've tried rolling back drivers, reinstalling the game, and even tried looking into the game's save files in file explorer to see if I could edit my save to an older level to "reset" the progress of chapter 21. All to no avail. I implore anyone with this problem to send a support ticket, post videos about it, or post more discussions about it, so ID knows its a problem that needs to be fixed.

Lets hope it gets fixed because we ALL don't want to restart the game

I had this too, rolling back to 576.28 drivers fixed it for me. Looks like the new drivers are borked.

Been having the same issue on a 4070 Super. I've tried everything and to no avail. Hopefully they fix this soon. I even sent a ticket so don't know if I'll get a response back

Yeah I'm having the same issue with the PC gamepass version, seems like it affects console versions too. Tried several things to no avail, at this point I assume it needs a patch, so hopefully they fix it quickly.
