Yes, watch the Digital Foundry optimized settings video on YouTube. It will run at a locked 60 fps if you play on the correct settings for your hardware.

I am running this on a 3080 laptop GPU, with i7 and 32 gigs ram. Works good, its quiet well optimised. I suggest you give it a shot.

yea will be absolutly fine, I have the same config and it runs perfeclty.

Put theses on high: texture, decals, filtrering res and geometry.
Rest on medium.

If you have some heat problems, dont be afraid to undervolt your cpu and gpu.
