City of Ryuul Bug? (SPOILERS)

So I get to the spot where you kill the big spider thing, fight off some Imps, and then nothing happens and I can't progress. The music keeps playing like heavy action should be taking place and there are the super weak zombies in the distance for you to "farm" minor health and ammo from, but it's like the game is waiting for something else to happen. There is a door that looks like it should open somehow but it doesn't.

What gives?

I'm having the same issue on Game Pass. I watched a walkthrough and I guess a cacodemon is supposed to spawn with the spider guy, along with other waves. Hopefully this gets fixed cuz literally can't progress :(.

Try restarting the level. It worked for me and a few others that had the same issue
