Any way to disable run screen effect?
I enabled always run and game is much more fun now except that screen effect when you run forward gives me headache. Any ideas how to disable it?

Yes. Turn off screen effects. It will also turn off other screen effects but imo you're not missing out on anything worth seeing.

i have beaten the game on nightmare barely ever dying, so you don't need screen effects for anything.

Doomguy's face at the bottom practically gives the same information as the overlays anyway.
