I've heard mesa drivers for amd had some issues, wait for the next release, i am sure it is a bug that will be fixed
on kde I did this: Alt+f3 - more - configure special application settings - add property - allow screen tearing (force). it helps to uncap framerate in many games, but also it fixes numerous frametiming problems and streaming performance in discord
Wondering if this is an issue on Windows machines... it seems like the openness of the level is having some impact. Was such a shock for the performance to tank so badly when its been 120fps+ up to now.
