How to get the armor update in chapter 11?

I kill Aggadon Hunter then game crashed, so I have to kill it again. Now I finish chapter 11, didn't get my armor update

Well, I find out I do have 10 more max armor now, but game still shows I didn't get the demonic essence. How to fix it?
